Rough Cut Lapidary Owner Replies
This tool notifies the Rough Cut Lapidary owner about new inquiries and lets the owner reply from the private workspace.
What the tool does
The owner writes a reply inside the private owner workspace. The website uses the Gmail API to send that message to the email address supplied with the original inquiry. It also sends owner notifications when a new Contact or custom-work inquiry is stored. Private uploaded files are not attached to those notifications.
Limited Gmail permission
The application requests only the Gmail send permission, identified by Google as gmail.send. It does not use the Gmail API to read, scan, analyze, or download the owner's inbox or unrelated Gmail messages.
Inquiry information
Customer inquiry information is used only as needed to review and respond to that inquiry. The recipient address is taken from the original inquiry by the server; it is not an open mailing or marketing tool.
Private owner access
The reply workspace remains private and authenticated. This information page does not provide access to owner administration, Gmail credentials, inquiry records, customer information, or message history.
