Trapper Knife with Mammoth Tooth Handles

Past work, not for sale

This Buck trapper knife was customized by Rough Cut Lapidary with polished mammoth tooth handles. The tooth displays cream, tan, caramel-brown, and blue-gray banding created by its natural internal structure. The alternating light and dark layers create a distinctive striped pattern across the handles. The knife measures 3.5 inches closed, with blade lengths of 2 5/8 inches. This piece has been sold and is preserved in the Rough Cut Lapidary gallery as an example of past work.
